Refunds/Exchanges:
Due to the perishable nature of the majority of our products, unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. By purchasing direct from us as the grower you are purchasing a higher quality, healthier product. We have provided our plants with the best possible conditions from start to finish, but are unable to ensure their proper care once they have left our possession and therefore all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our business and we strive to keep our customers happy so if you have questions or concerns about your specific items please let us know.
